Oliva K. Goddard joined Mount Sinai in early 2021 as a Practice Manager on the Mount Sinai Solutions team (formerly known as Commercialization). In 2022, she was promoted to Administrative Manager. In 2023, she joined the Mount Sinai Department of Cardiology as an Administrative Director. Prior to joining Mount Sinai, Oliva was a leader in Strategic Planning & Development for Metro Community Health Centers.
Oliva provides a unique expertise of health care through the lens of hospitality and customer service. She is passionate about the evolution and journey of health care systems and seeks to enhance the experience for patients and health professionals alike.
Oliva earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Therapeutic Recreation at CUNY – Lehman College and received a Master of Business Administration from Saybrook University.
